Recipes from Potluck 2010

JALAPENO CREAM CHEESE CORN:

For every 2 cans of whole corn drained:

1- 8oz Phila. Cream Cheese
Dab of butter
Dash of salt
Splash of milk
Pickled jalapeno juice 4T. or to taste
Diced pickled jalapeno to taste

I use a crock pot but watch closely on the stove or it will scorch

SHEILA'S CORN SALAD:

2 cans whole corn drained
1 cup or more mayonnaise
9 1/4oz Frito Honey BBQ Twists

Mix corn and mayo.
Wait until serving to stir in corn chips
